This is really a terrific overview of how and why to make the switch over to a plant based diet. I (mostly) made the change about two months ago after watching the documentary “Forks Over Knives”. I say mostly because I am still eating a little fish. It hasn’t been too difficult so far since I was never a huge meat eater anyway, and truthfully I haven’t really missed it.
Going vegan is a whole other thing - just cant see myself giving up cheese or eggs just yet!
